Mediumship Advice
Recommended Metaphysical Books, Practices, and Items
Remember, it is very important when developing mediumship abilities that you remain grounded and guarded. In this way, you will be able to connect to God, the ultimate Source, instead of latch onto other spirits. The reason for this is that the lower the vibration, the more the spirit will want to attach to you.
And the lower the vibration, the more stagnant, or malevolent, the spirit or energy is. So steer clear and remain with the Divine Source. To do this requires practice and diligence as well as ethereal and earthly protection.
For Ethereal Protection: The ultimate healer and protector is Jesus.
Before any clearing, reading, or connection made, meditate and ask Jesus, Archangel Michael, and your Spirit guides for surrounding white light. Ask them to create a "God Bubble" that surrounds you. #grounding.
For Earthly Protection:
Some recommended items include:
- Sage
- Palo Santo wood
- Any black stone (My favorites are Hawk's Eye and Black Tourmaline)
Other protective stones:
- Red Jasper for grounding the lower chakras
- Amethyst for the upper chakras
- Clear Quartz to have just in general-- it's a very powerful and protective stone
I found a bundle from Amazon that has everything that you would need to clear your energy and a space. It's only around $25. (That's a deal and a half.)
Remember: you must clear any supplies that you receive. A lot of hands touch them from the production, distribution, and delivery processes. Use sage to do so as well as run the stones under warm water for about a minute.
Both protection methods are a must.
No matter if you are a practicing medium or a person who is trying to manage or cope with a newfound skill, these practices are non-negotiable in my book.
There is absolutely nothing more important than grounding, connecting with God, and having Earthly, physical protective methods.
